Hi Katja: Wow I checked this out, this book as well as others by Vesper Stamper. She certainly seems to share my interests! My goodness - life as an outsider in an English community, two brothers living in the time of communism, an a holocaust survivor. I knew she was a speaker and had seen her life story, but I had not paid enough attention to her books. Thanks.
I also love the pic (Ai?) which is so very English village at night, a house or convent or what have you. I am back in the Cotswolds taking a moonlit walk when I look at it. Just so English.
It's AI, off of Wordpress. I do almost always spend some time trying to get something that fits to the post; sometimes it cooperates, many times it does not. This worked out pretty well, though it wasn't quite the picture that was in my head. I do think you and Vesper would get along very well! I hope, also, that Florida is treating you well. :) It's good to hear from you!
